Small steps toward a much larger world. Notes from the prototype, with the rough edges left visible.
PROTOTYPE NOTE
CITY / WORLD BUILDING
A little more room to survive.
The native streets are wider, and road spacing has increased to give the city more breathing room. Sidewalks, buildings and traffic follow the regenerated layout.
A larger city is only useful if it still works. This pass included layout surveys, native rendering checks and traffic tests. The shape of the city is still evolving.
The hospital sequence now keeps the player visible on the stretcher and operating table, including a short recovery after surgery.
After recovery, the scene fades to the waiting room. The automatic doctor escort was removed because it could leave the player caught behind doors. This is prototype iteration, not a finished cinematic.
Bank tellers, physical currency, carried cash and bank accounts are part of the current prototype. Armored trucks serve business cash routes.
The latest transport pass addresses overlapping spawns and shared parking positions. The wider economy is still being built; running your own company remains part of the long-term vision.
No release date. No finished-feature promises. Just a city being built, one system at a time.
Keep the signal alive
BUILT ALONE. NOT WITHOUT YOU.
Last World is still finding its feet. If this is the kind of game you’ve been waiting for, there’s a long road ahead—and a lot more of this city to show.
